Firstly, every team member has been trained in new health and hygiene related procedures and their responsibility to guests and colleagues. Our property follows the government’s Covid-19 Secure Workplace Guidelines.
Communication with suppliers and partners is crucial, to ensure that their policies and systems relating to health and hygiene meet our property’s high standards.
All necessary PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) will be supplied. This will include, hydro gel and masks for all guest facing team members.
CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Relais Rione Ponte has adopted Ermeshotels Smartpass, a new guest mobile app, which will allow guests to communicate with the team before and during their stay. The app will also be a source for check in, check out and web concierge, then general information about the city, maps, circuits and restaurants will be available in the Guest smartphone.
Increased cleaning and hygiene protocols which include; meticulous cleaning of public areas and guest rooms using the strongest cleaning and high-grade disinfectant products proven to be effective against Coronavirus.
The Room Directory has been removed from the rooms and it is now included in our Web Concierge app.
Breakfast service has been reconsidered and we invite our Guests to prefer a relaxing in-room breakfast.
FACILITIES AND SOCIAL DISTANCING
Lounge and Library are at disposal and we promote a ‘one way’ guest flow through the areas.
