Exceptional service and a great central location. Would highly recommend it and will stay there again when in Rome. So friendly and their follow-up and help went above and beyond.

The hotel's location near Piazza Navona is perfect for exploring Rome's rich history and vibrant atmosphere. We found ourselves within walking distance of iconic landmarks such as the Pantheon Trevi Fountain. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a very large shower. Every interaction with the staff was marked by professionalism and genuine hospitality. We enjoyed sampling traditional Roman cuisine at nearby trattorias and cafes recommended by the hotel staff. The hotel coffee was excellent.

Great location, super friendly and helpful staff. Clean, modern rooms with amazing mattress and pillows and also air conditioned. Would highly recommend.

Our stay at Relais Rione Ponte was wonderful. The staff greeted us warmly, provided recommendations for nearby restaurants, and were responses to any questions (even after hours). The location was perfect for touring around Rome and the Vatican. The room and bathroom were clean, toiletries restocked (they even provided conditioner which is more rare for Italian hotels).

The Ladies at Relais Rione Ponte went out of their way to assist us with our sightseeing and journey. A great central place to stay in Rome.

We had a wonderful stay at Relais Rione Ponte! It is in a great location - just around the corner from Piazza Navona! It is walkable to all sites, clean, and quiet. The service is friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay again! Thanks for making our first stay in Rome so memorable!

The hotel was perfectly located to see the city and, better yet, was right next to a taxi stand. Our room was solid, large, with large windows, a high ceiling, a very comfortable king bed, everything in perfect shape. The bathroom was large, had two sinks, a very large shower. There was housekeeping every day. The folks who ran things were warm, thoughtul (bringing us cappucinos and pastry in the morning) and extremely helpful. Price point was excellent. We strongly recommend this lovely hotel. When we return to Rome we'll surely stay there.

Great staff! They were so helpful and friendly. The location was great. Plus the rooms were nicely appointed and clean! We would stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was clean and spacious and the high ceilings were an amazing plus! The reception staff was friendly and helpful. The building is challenging to get around with a stroller but otherwise we loved the hotel.

Excellent staff and location. A few minor issues relating to airport pickup and a sewer smell but staff were quick and efficient to address these and resolve them. The location is perfect, close to many great restaurants and walking distance to all the sites. Staff were personable and helpful with local navigation and suggestions. Room was large and comfortable. Nice linens, great bed. Overall a fantastic stay!

Sparkling clean! Lovely sheets and towels. Very helpful staff. Highly recommended. Be aware: no breakfast but lots of places nearby; hotel is on the upper floors but there is an elevator; very discreet signage but street address is visible.

We had a very nice stay. The staff were extremely lovely and helpful. Relais Rione Ponte is extremely well located. I wouldn't really call it a Boutique Hotel though, as there was no restaurant or bar. But very nice rooms indeed. A great base to explore Rome - highly recommended.

Very convenient location. Lovely comfortable beds. Though it would good if they provided decent coffee. We are in Italy after all and I stand coffee in the rooms just doesn’t cut it.

Pino, Beatrice and Laura were fabulous hosts. They were responsive to emails before our visit and very professional and friendly when we met them in person. The room was lovely, clean and very spacious. We loved the location--close to Piazza Navona.
