Ottima accoglienza, prontezza nel soddisfare le nostre esigenze da parte del personale, sempre gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo potuto cambiare camera (la prima scelta era un po’ piccola). Pur essendo in centro a Roma, le camere sono ben isolate e quindi risultano silenziose. Riposo assicurato!

Bella camera con bel bagno spazioso, ambiente pulito. Posizionato nella zona migliore di Roma a mio modo di vedere per raggiungere comodamente tutti i punti di interesse del centro storico a piedi.

Bellissima struttura, molto curata e molto comoda per visitare la città. Le proprietarie davvero disponibili e gentili!

We absolutely loved staying at this hotel - thank you for such a wonderful trip! The beds were so comfy and the location is fabulous. We really appreciated the kind gesture of leaving us a bottle of prosecco in the room and for organising a taxi from the airport when we arrived late. The only thing that would be helpful in the rooms is somewhere to hang the towels (a hook, maybe) and a few more coat hangers, but apart from that it was perfect and we wouldn't hesitate to come back and stay at your beautiful hotel. Excellent reception with friendly hosts. The pillows on the bed were incredible! We talked about them for the rest of our trip. None of our other accommodations had such comfortable bedding and pillows.

My first visit to Rome was made unforgettable thanks to this incredible boutique hotel, nestled in the heart of the historic center, just a short walk from Piazza Navona. As a solo woman traveler, safety and comfort were my top priorities, and this hotel exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality that made me feel completely at ease. Serena and Gianluigi were attentive, always available to assist, and offered thoughtful recommendations that enriched my experience in the city. The beautifully designed rooms combined modern luxury with classic Roman charm, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The location was ideal—within walking distance of many iconic landmarks, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and secure. And the bed was very comfortable which is key for me! Staying here reminded me of the ancient Roman concept of hospitium—the sacred relationship between guest and host. Just as in antiquity, when hospitality was a sign of civilization and respect, my experience here was filled with generosity, kindness, and a true sense of welcome. I cannot recommend this boutique hotel highly enough, especially for solo travelers seeking a safe, elegant, and truly Roman experience. I look forward to returning!

The hotel is excellently located, the staff were all very friendly, helpful and kind. They truly assisted us in any questions and we're very accommodating. The room was clean, felt new and well designed, and comfortable on all accounts.

We had a great visit, the hotel close to all the main places in rome, and also to public transportation if needed. The hotel staff was so nice and helped us with every topic we need! Also thay speak English really well. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit rome.

Our stay was phenomenal! Because the property is so small, we received a very personalized experience. They even arranged a car at the end of our stay to drive us to the airport so that we wouldn't have to try to track down a taxi at the early hour we were leaving. The rooms were larger than many of our other rooms elsewhere in Italy.

This was my first stay at a Boutique hotel. I am extremely satisfied because (1) management show great care of their establishment as well as their clients, (2) offer (with a smile and friendly approach) flexibility to facilitate client's needs and wants. It really felt like I got the best combination of staying at something in between a hotel and AirBnB. Location was wonderful [central and easy to commute both by foot and by taxi to, with plenty of restaurants and attractions just a short stroll away]. I recommend Relais Rione Ponte and looking forward to stay there if I visit Rome again.

Our stay at Relais Rione Ponte was a wonderful choice. The location was perfect, as it put us a 10 min walk to almost all the major sites. Our room was very nice and quiet. I would definitely stay here again on out next trip to Rome.

This is a wonderful small boutique hotel in a great location. Laura, Silvia and Jacoby were all very friendly and helpful in arranging transport and offering suggestions for great nearby restaurants and bars as well as suggestions for lesser known attractions and art galleries. Our room was spacious, clean, quiet and beautifully appointed. We would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again to experience this charming Italian hospitality.

A Truly Magnificent Unforgettable Stay! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Relais Rione Ponte, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a stunning ambiance. Location: The property is perfectly situated, offering breathtaking nearby views of Piazza Navona. It’s close to main attractions as Piazza Navona, nearby Pantheon, making it easy to explore the area. Room: My room was nothing short of luxurious. It was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was equipped with high-end amenities. I especially loved the additional extras as comfortable slippers, tea/coffee facilities, a professional blow waver and access to an iron and iron board.Access to coffee machines and nibbles close by all day long Service: The staff were outstanding—always friendly, attentive, and eager to assist with anything I needed. Whether it was recommending local dining options or arranging transportation, they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Amenities: The facilities were fantastic! I enjoyed the access to sitting areas for a coffee or relax/chill area was a highlight, providing a great way to unwind after a day of exploring. Overall Experience: My stay at Relais Rione Ponte was truly unforgettable. It exceeded all my expectations, and I can't wait to return! If you're looking for a luxurious getaway, look no further. Great staff, great location.

I loved staying here. The staff were above amazing and the location could not have been better. I had been out walking around Rome all day, came back to my room and found my diamond earring on my bed stand. I didn’t even know I had lost it in the room. That’s how honest the housekeepers and the staff are at this hotel. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
