Un hotel aceptable que cubre todas las necesidades del huésped y con muy buena atención por parte del personal. Lo que lo haría mejor seria incluir el servicio de desayuno.

The hotel is located in a very central point of Rome, just around from Piazza Navona, which gives the traveler access to any popular spot in the city by foot. The help provided by Sylvia and Laura is exceptional, friendly and forcoming. As we were upgraded to a better, larger room I can only give good marks to the room, which is spacious with excellent bed.

Very happy. We spent 4 nights here in March 2025 and thought it was great. Position is extremely central, immediately across the road from Piazza Navona and within easy walking distance of all the big attractions. We stayed in a junior suite, which was spotlessly clean and very spacious. All the staff were friendly and accommodating, with ready recommendations for local restaurants and tours. Definitely recommend!

We absolutely loved staying at this hotel - thank you for such a wonderful trip! The beds were so comfy and the location is fabulous. We really appreciated the kind gesture of leaving us a bottle of prosecco in the room and for organising a taxi from the airport when we arrived late. The only thing that would be helpful in the rooms is somewhere to hang the towels (a hook, maybe) and a few more coat hangers, but apart from that it was perfect and we wouldn't hesitate to come back and stay at your beautiful hotel. Excellent reception with friendly hosts. The pillows on the bed were incredible! We talked about them for the rest of our trip. None of our other accommodations had such comfortable bedding and pillows.

My first visit to Rome was made unforgettable thanks to this incredible boutique hotel, nestled in the heart of the historic center, just a short walk from Piazza Navona. As a solo woman traveler, safety and comfort were my top priorities, and this hotel exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality that made me feel completely at ease. Serena and Gianluigi were attentive, always available to assist, and offered thoughtful recommendations that enriched my experience in the city. The beautifully designed rooms combined modern luxury with classic Roman charm, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The location was ideal—within walking distance of many iconic landmarks, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and secure. And the bed was very comfortable which is key for me! Staying here reminded me of the ancient Roman concept of hospitium—the sacred relationship between guest and host. Just as in antiquity, when hospitality was a sign of civilization and respect, my experience here was filled with generosity, kindness, and a true sense of welcome. I cannot recommend this boutique hotel highly enough, especially for solo travelers seeking a safe, elegant, and truly Roman experience. I look forward to returning!

The hotel is excellently located, the staff were all very friendly, helpful and kind. They truly assisted us in any questions and we're very accommodating. The room was clean, felt new and well designed, and comfortable on all accounts.

We had a great visit, the hotel close to all the main places in rome, and also to public transportation if needed. The hotel staff was so nice and helped us with every topic we need! Also thay speak English really well. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit rome.

Ottima accoglienza, prontezza nel soddisfare le nostre esigenze da parte del personale, sempre gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo potuto cambiare camera (la prima scelta era un po’ piccola). Pur essendo in centro a Roma, le camere sono ben isolate e quindi risultano silenziose. Riposo assicurato!

Our stay was phenomenal! Because the property is so small, we received a very personalized experience. They even arranged a car at the end of our stay to drive us to the airport so that we wouldn't have to try to track down a taxi at the early hour we were leaving. The rooms were larger than many of our other rooms elsewhere in Italy.

This was my first stay at a Boutique hotel. I am extremely satisfied because (1) management show great care of their establishment as well as their clients, (2) offer (with a smile and friendly approach) flexibility to facilitate client's needs and wants. It really felt like I got the best combination of staying at something in between a hotel and AirBnB. Location was wonderful [central and easy to commute both by foot and by taxi to, with plenty of restaurants and attractions just a short stroll away]. I recommend Relais Rione Ponte and looking forward to stay there if I visit Rome again.

Our stay at Relais Rione Ponte was a wonderful choice. The location was perfect, as it put us a 10 min walk to almost all the major sites. Our room was very nice and quiet. I would definitely stay here again on out next trip to Rome.

This is a wonderful small boutique hotel in a great location. Laura, Silvia and Jacoby were all very friendly and helpful in arranging transport and offering suggestions for great nearby restaurants and bars as well as suggestions for lesser known attractions and art galleries. Our room was spacious, clean, quiet and beautifully appointed. We would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again to experience this charming Italian hospitality.
