I really enjoyed my stay at Relais Rione Ponte. The people were all very kind and helpful. The recommendations they gave me where all great. The room was clean and spacious. The location is just perfect, just a couple off step behind the Piazza Navona, it doesn't get any better. The only thing, not necessarily a con, but good to know, they offer coffee in the morning with cookies or pastries, there's also fruit, but it's no "breakfast" per se. Other than than, I enjoyed my stay, I would definitely stay there again next time.
Staff are amazing! Very helpful with local recommendations and assisted us in getting around Rome during a public transport strike. Room was lovely! Clean and spacious with nice views and very central. Enjoyed our stay very much!

The hotel staff was great, really took care of us and all of our needs, especially traveling from United States. Very attentive. Good location, quaint hotel.
The people were wonderful and anything I requested was immediately supplied. The rooms was very clean, it had everything you needed to hang and store clothes and belongings and the bathroom was generous in size. The location allows you to walk to many different areas and points of interest but kept you a block away from busiest areas. I think this hotel is a little gem. They are located on the second floor of a building with a few steps to the elevator but the staff were happy to help with luggage when needed. It is staffed from 8am- 8pm and you are given a key code for access before or after hours.
Our stay was wonderful and the staff were fantastic. We would stay there again.
Enjoyable stay in a great location close to all the major attractions. From the check in onwards the staff were always very helpful and brought coffee and treats to our room each morning. Recommended.
Excellent central location, elevator service for luggage. Staff was extremely helpful providing dining suggestions, cappuccinos and snacks on demand. Room was spacious, quiet and comfortable.
